1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products and Services

All scratch cards sold are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors. Once a PIN is delivered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full before scratch card PINs are delivered. We accept bank transfers and card payments.

4. Delivery

Scratch card PINs are delivered instantly via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp after payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only available if the PIN delivered is invalid or has already been used. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
